Day 1 - Arrive & let go
Your relief begins at the airport: a friendly driver takes you to Kamalaya in air-conditioned tranquillity as palm trees and tropical gardens pass by. Your room overlooks the sea, the air is warm, salty and soothing. After a personal initial medical consultation and a gentle body analysis, you will know where you stand - and where the journey should take you. In the evening, quiet steps lead you to the historic monk's cave. In the candlelight, accompanied by the sound of the sea, you will find the first silence that will sustain your detox week.
Day 2 - Awakening the body
The day begins with a warm Abhyanga massage, where fragrant oils nourish your skin and stimulate circulation. A TCM acupuncture session balances your energy flow, followed by a herbal steam bath that opens pores and stimulates the body to gently detoxify. A light yoga session in the afternoon allows your body and mind to move, before ending the evening with a guided breathing meditation on the beach.
Day 3 - Deep clean
Today you can feel how the relief works: an invigorating herbal body scrub prepares the skin for the lymph drainage massage, which relieves congestion and supports the removal of metabolic products. At lunchtime, the healing kitchen serves a light meal that noticeably relieves the liver and kidneys. In the afternoon, you meditate in the monk's cave - the light falls gently through the entrance, the air is cool and still. The day ends with singing bowl therapy, which brings deep peace.
Day 4 - New energy
The morning begins with a gentle oil jet on the forehead - the Shirodhara ritual calms the mind and provides mental clarity. At the cooking workshop in the afternoon, you will learn how to continue the healing cuisine at home. The evening is dedicated to deep relaxation with yoga nidra, while the crickets sing outside.
